Best Hotel in Tulum 2007/12/15 23:50 Karma: 0
Hey!

What do you think is the best hotel in Tulum? There's quite a few new ones being developed ,and the place has changed a lot since I last visited in 1999.

How busy are the Mayan ruins these days? Rammed with day trippers from cancun?

Where's best to stay in Tulum, one of my favourite resorts on Maya Riveria in Mexico?

We just got home from Dreams Tulum - we loved it. Good for couples and families.

The ruins are crazy with bus groups - we went early in the morning, crowds started at about 10. You can take a bike tour from the hotel - we took a 5 min taxi, it has changed a lot since our last visit in 87.

This is a hard question to answer! There are so many great Tulum Hotels it really depends what your looking for, a resort or just a small beach cabana! That what makes Tulum such a fantastic place...

the best in town hands down is posada luna sur. In between, teetotum looks nice. At the beach, mezzanine is our fave

Thanks. This post saved me some time trawling round the internet looking for bits and bobs.
